Has been in property management for 20 years, 12 years with Maxus, and has held a real estate license for 7 years. Favorite movie is The Notebook, and spends most of her free time with her teenage son.

My favorite teams consists of the Chicago bears, Chicago Cubs, Iowa Hawkeyes, Oklahoma State, and the San Jose Sharks. I play the guitar in my free time, my favorite TV show is the office, and my favorite movie is Super Troopers. I have held an active real estate license in Iowa since 2006, and I have worked in property management for a year and a half.

Monte has been with Maxus for over 12 years and enjoys hunting with his 2 dogs. In his free time he also enjoys fishing, and golf. Monte’s favorite TV show is Man Vs Wild, and is favorite team is the Minnesota Vikings.

John spends most of his free time with his kids, and going to rodeos. His favorite movie is Shooter, and his favorite teams are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Iowa Hawkeyes. John has worked as a maintenance tech for 5 years and has been with Maxus for 2.

Has been with Maxus for over 13 years. Gregg also works as a computer tech for the local TV station as well.

Chris is currently a student at ITT tech. Chris enjoys golf, and movies in his free time. His favorite TV show is Dexter, and his favorite movie is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Chris’s favorite teams are the New York Yankees, and the Minnesota Vikings.

Kevin is the newest addition to our Ashbrooke Team. Kevin enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
